It is my utmost honor to welcome you to Şahinkaya MUN as your Secretary General. As I step into this role for my final MUN before embarking on my next academic journey, I am filled with both excitement and gratitude. 

For the past three years, MUN has been more than just an extracurricular activity— it has been a transformative experience, shaping my perspective on diplomacy, leadership, and global affairs. It is a privilege to share this journey with all of you, whether you are attending your first conference or bringing years of experience to the table. 

This year, our exceptional chair board has curated a set of compelling agenda items that will challenge you to think critically, negotiate effectively, and engage in meaningful discourse. Each topic has been carefully selected to reflect pressing global issues, demanding innovative solutions and a spirit of collaboration. I encourage you to embrace the challenges ahead, to step beyond your comfort zones, and to engage in debate with both confidence and respect. 

As we convene for this remarkable conference, let us remember that diplomacy is not merely about defending a position but about understanding perspectives, forging consensus, and striving for a better future. I have no doubt that each of you will contribute to the success of this conference through your dedication, intellect, and passion.

I am Nisan Verim the Secretary General of SHKYMUN25’ it is my honor to invite you to 4 days of thought-provoking discussions and inspiring debates, As the delegates of our future, your work on this conference will change the way you think and will improve your problem solving skills with your knowledge of current world topics. I am eager to see the innovative solutions and dynamic debates that will emerge from your discussions. 

Throughout the conference, as both the SHKYMUN Academic and Organization team, we will be inspired to closely watch your advancements in your field of interest concerning the committees. MUN holds a special place for me because the power of such a conference has always amazed me. It has the potential to educate youth about today’s world’s problems.
